So let’s get into it. What is Reiki?
✺ Universal life force energy channeled through the palm chakras (or hands) for deep healing from the aura + down to the skin + to the organs + to the cells
✺ Healing not only takes place on a physical level, but also on mental + emotional + spiritual levels too
✺ You may receive reiki healing with or without touch
✺ Sessions are usually between 60-90 minutes.
✺ You do not need to be spiritual to feel reiki, just be open-minded
✺ Typically performed while lying comfortably in a meditative state
✺ Reiki is provided through a subtle body scanning technique to see which chakras are closed, then working with energy flow to open up and connect the entire system
✺ Reiki feels different for every person, but many have reported tingling + warmth + vibration + swirling + buzzing sensations
✺ The requirements to be certified in Reiki are getting different levels of training by a Reiki Master/Teacher, receiving reiki attunements, along with ancient sacred symbols and working with others to gain hours of practice.
